Our team recently attended Portakabin's Safety Stand Down Day, where we were invited to host a series of talks focused on health and wellbeing. 💪

A huge thank you to one of our members for inviting us along! Ricardo, Phoebe and Chris spoke to 150 employees throughout the day, sharing advice on exercise scheduling, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.

Thanks to everyone at Portakabin for making us feel so welcome. 💚

Last week was focused on hydration and it was more class-based, this week they entered the gym! The team took part in JD ENGINE and loved every minute! 😎

How are we helping them during this month? Well, this involves us hosting classes for them & interactive 'lecture' type programmes. Today, Chris delivered the talk while Ollie delivered a little movement class. This week was focused on Hydration 🥤💧

They're more than just group exercise. 🤩
With 𝗝𝗗 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗘, you can expect carefully programmed group workouts led by our trained coaches. 📝 Suitable for beginners and athletes alike, you’ll work on your aerobic capacity, alongside your muscular endurance, through a mixture of cardio and strength exercises.
