Bobby went along to the Knockando In Mind Community Wellbeing Day on Sunday 19th of July💪🏽🩷🩵

The aim of this event was to show the wider community what there is to offer in Speyside in terms of support, services and activities that could improve someone’s wellbeing and reduce the isolation that come from living rural 🌳🌲

Being one of the clubs running in Speyside, we know all too well how it feels to have minimum choice in activities and feel a little lonely & lost at times. Because of this, we welcome everyone who walks through the doors into our Phoenix community🫶🏼

Bobbys words - “We did a demonstration of the 5 elements of Pentathlon, followed by 5 KB circuits exercise.
We invited a few people to do the circuits elements and then did a farmers hold challenge. Great afternoon in the sun at Knockando 💪😎”

A year of fun, fitness and lots of sweat😅

Many of Bobbys circuit stations involve the use of kettlebells & some of the guys even participate in both sides of the club - Circuits & Kettlebells 💪

One year of Saturday Circuits at Dufftown Community Centre! 🎉

Fantastic kettlebell classes organised by Bobby and a committed team of volunteers, that accommodate all ages and abilities.
