Classes with Kerry Hey Zumba peeps! I’m Kerry, a lifelong dancer and Zumba instructor who loves Latin music. My classes are fun, sociable and completely non-judgemental.

Come along, enjoy the music, have a laugh and forget you’re actually exercising. ZUMBA Fitness®

The Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance and fitness party. This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Dancers and non-dancers alike immediately

and easily master a Zumba class because you do not have to know how to dance to succeed at Zumba. Classes:
Monday 9:30-10:30am (Zumba Gold), Rawcliffe Rec
Monday 7.30-8.30pm (Zumba Fitness), Rawcliffe Rec
Thursday 4:00 - 5:00 (Zumba Kids), Clements Hall

Ready to make Mondays something you actually look forward to in 2026?

Zumba is the perfect mix of fitness and fun - and you’ll leave feeling lighter, happier and energised for the week ahead.

Class times are in the links, so have a quick check and come and join me.

If you’re not busy this Saturday, come and join me in York for a 12hr Zumbathon - it’s going to be such a great atmosphere and for a really great cause.

Today we had an amazing 17 participants - our biggest Gold group yet! 💃💛

Maybe it was the promise of a mini social and biscuits… or maybe word got out I’m away next week 😉 Either way, it was such a fun, energetic session followed by a lovely post-class natter.
