Fusion Fitness Fusion Fitness is owned by ex-York City Knights player and coach Mick Ramsden and specialises in group fitness sessions.

Mick Ramsden is a vastly experienced athlete, having been involved with rugby league, bodybuilding and strength and fitness training for 30 years. He is a member of the exclusive York Rugby League Hall of Fame having played well over 200 games for the club, and has also coached rugby league for ten years. His wealth of experience is now being passed on to others with the introduction of Fusion Fitness, specialising in diverse group fitness sessions involving a range of activities.
