Welcome to VX International. We are proud to be official partners of Global VX and to be the formally approved suppliers of VX equipment for Global VX. VX is a young sport which is having a massive impact in the community and in schools. From its launch in 2006 it has gained a massive foothold in UK schools and is now being adopted by universities, colleges, lei

sure centres, prisons, youth organisations, the military and PCTs. It has a foothold in 23 countries and has 13 NGBs. VX is a team game but there are also singles (V2) and doubles (V4) versions. There are now independent clubs, leagues and tournaments and also national teams and competition. The World Cups are every four years and the V2 World Cups are held annually. VX is a mixed sport - males and females compete on an equal footing. It's an inclusive sport - players of all abilities and many disabilities can compete. It helps drive participation, especially among the less sporty, but on the other hand, for the more advanced players there is a route right through to international representation. As it is such a young sport there are massive opportunities to make your mark.

this just in from Global VX - congratulations to Cosmas. This is very well-deserved!

We have just been sent this by VX Kenya's Cosmas Nabungolo. It is exceptionally well deserved and we are so proud of Cosmas.

Cosmas has been instrumental in the growth of VX in Kenya and he is keen to see it spread throughout schools in Kenya and then further through East Africa.

Cosmas is also going to be one of the members of Global VX's new Executive Committee and we are delighted that he is being presented with this award. We look forward to seeing photos from the event

The team in Hong Kong continue to push forward with the sport and we are delighted to hear that they were one of the sports featured in the Government's Sport for All event.

If you remember VX Hong Kong hosted the most recent VX World Championships and this gave a great boost to their efforts.

Our thanks go to the team in Hong Kong for their hard work in growing and developing the sport.

The proactive and inspirational patron of VX Kenya is very keen to see VX spread through schools in Kenya and then into the rest of East Africa. He has just messaged to inform us that they will be showcasing VX at high profile school games that are to be launched by President Rutto. Kenya is to host the East Africa High Schools Games in Western Kenya - there will be participants from Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, South Sudan and Tanzania.

We hope this goes well and VX experience the usual response!

I have been working closely with some organisations in Africa, predominantly Kenya and Uganda. I did a lot of work with the inspirational Cosmas Nabungolo who was principal of St Peter’s Boys’ School in Mumias. Cosmas has now moved to St Joseph’s nearer Nairobi and is working hard to improve the school and the provision to his young charges.

Cosmas has worked hard to develop VX in Kenya and, as you can see, is keen to develop it further and spread it further through East Africa. As part of this he wishes to obtain digital cameras and equipment and, if possible, a drone

Is there anyone out there who has any such equipment lying unused and unwanted? It could be put to very good use in Kenya.

We were delighted to be able to formally launch our relationship with the awesome PE Office a the Youth Sport Trust conference this week.

We have been working hard with PE Office to create a six week Scheme of Work and introductory module with lesson plans and video clips (filmed at our Regional Centre of Excellence Outwood Academy Kirkby).
