Earning the same money month after month?

It is highly likely that you have ‘normalised’ your current monthly income.

And this affects how you THINK and ACT in business.

Meaning you are feeling stuck, you are thinking small and spending your time and energy worrying about how to make more money rather than undertaking the work you NEED to do.

If this is resonating, here’s how to reset your income energy so you are making more money, FAST!

1. Decide how much income you want to make in next 90 days
2. Work out your strategy for the next 90 days, getting complete clarity about HOW to make money.
3. Forecast your income to increase every month
4. Choose OFFERS your ready to buy clients want
5. Choose a price point that makes increasing your income easy. Instead of trying to sell 50 x £97, sell 2 x £250 or 2 x £500.
6. align your mindset! Normalise your desired income
7. And finally show up every day and take action LIKE YOU MEAN IT!

It’s not hard to change your current income but you do need to become super intentional about making it happen!

Just imagine how you will feel in 30, 60 and 90 days when you do this and see your income increase every month.

Like it or not, to succeed as a business owner you have to:

✅set an income goal for the year
✅decide HOW to make more money
✅increase your prices
✅change your business model from 121 to 1 to many
✅align your belief that you can achieve your desired income
✅make tough decisions about your business
✅sell more
✅track and monitor your money all year

When you don’t do this, you will not grow and your business will suffer.

The harsh reality is, the market will overtake you and you will get to the end of 2026 at the same point as you are now.

My message is some tough love on this soggy Wednesday in February but you cannot expect to grow without planning for more money.

I hear and see so many female business owners who businesses are failing because they are not doing this. And I don’t want you to fail.

If effort paid the bills, you’d already be rich...

I see you - you are working hard, harder than before to make your business more profitable.

You are investing your time and money into different ideas and trying different platforms.

You are juggling your time and energy, frequently feeling the burden of running a home, a family and the time you are spending working with your clients and marketing your business.

Every month you have to face the truth.

You are time poor, energy poor and as a result of this you are making the same money as you did last year.

However, life and running a business costs more than it did 12 month, 24 months ago. Your 'income' is shrinking not increasing and this means you cannot maintain your current living expenses.

You are worried.

Worried about how you can keep going, worried about where to find more clients and really worried about how much money you have to pay yourself at the end of each month.

And these worries are coming to the surface more and more.

You know you have to change HOW you are doing business but you are not sure how to make this change.

This January was slower than previous years, when I’d have my vision, goals and a plan for 2026 already sorted.

With a busy client schedule, bereavement, sorting out the estate of my parent and January weather, I’ve started 2026 slower and without a plan.

January gave me the head and the heart space to decide on the next 11 months ahead.

And with February now here, I am ready to take on the rest of 2026 and achieve some really fabulous goals.

You might be surprised that women in their 50’s are not ready for a quieter life, they are actually deeply motivated to achieve bigger goals.

With their children growing up, perhaps their other care roles changing, creating the space and time to scale their incredible businesses.

Everyone thinks to scale to 5K months you have to add another offer, follow another idea and to do another pivot.

The truth is, this often doesn’t work and rather creates a distraction rather than profit.

What does work is creating ONE offer that creates REAL results for your ready to buy clients.

Master this first and then scale!

Save this if you’ve tempted to add just another offer.

Still the biggest lie being peddled online...
You have to create MORE content.
Let be real....
You are busy spinning all the plates.
You are following all of the advice from the online experts.
You are modelling behaviour of people who have much more success than you currently do.
You are creating endless content or at least trying too.
You are trying to grow your LinkedIn account, your Instagram account and your page.
You are dabbling with TikTok.
And you've had 'create first Substack' on your to do list for a long time.
It feels relentless and overwhelming.
You feel exhausted spending all your time creating content.
And the frustrating the reality is, it doesn't matter WHAT you do, your business is still not growing at the pace you want or need it to.
There are days when you wonder if you can keep going at this pace.
If this has resonated with you just a little, you are not alone.
I work with incredible clients, who are ambitious and are working really hard to scale their business.
When they start working with me, they feel stuck about how to get more clients, they are fed up with creating more and more content AND they are disillusioned with the online world telling them they have to work harder.
The good news is this, creating more content is NOT the answer to scaling your business.

It starts with creating a strategy that maps out:

>>>Their key pain and desire points
>>>Creating offers that GETS your ready to buy clients real results
>>>Developing a 'marketing' strategy and plan that builds you an audience that you sell to
Do this NOW and by the end of March you will have repeatable processes for the key actions in your business, that you can implement, you can outsource to others and or automate them to make them even more easier.
And what's more you, you will have a flow of clients and income into your business.
Making you feel that it IS possible for you to scale your business in 2026, your confidence will soar and your ability to positively impact others will increase.
