You’re training hard, putting in the hours but you’re still exhausted, still slow, still not seeing the results you want.

The problem isn’t your training plan.

It’s what you’re eating around it.

Most endurance athletes are underfueling without even realising it. Eating the same every day regardless of training load, cutting carbs to stay lean, running their body into the ground.

And their performance is paying the price.

Constant fatigue. Poor recovery. Hitting the wall earlier than they should. Picking up injuries that won’t clear.

Your body needs fuel to perform. The harder you train the more you need to eat. Not less.

When you get your nutrition right everything changes. Energy. Recovery. Race performance. Body composition.

A well fuelled athlete always beats an underfueled one.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t absolutely gutted. I’ve been training for almost a year, pushing through a lot of s**t.

I’m not giving up.
