NEW MONDAY CLASS 💜 STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY

Okayyy… this might just become your new favourite way to end a Monday. 👀

And before anyone says “but I’m not flexible…” - PERFECT. You absolutely do not need to be.

This class is for EVERYONE.

We’ll stretch, mobilise, release all that built-up tension and work properly on improving flexibility and range of movement - all at your own level.

Come because you want to improve your flexibility.
Come because you want to get more out of your dancing.
Come because everything feels TIGHT. 😂
Or come because you simply want an hour to switch off, stretch properly and leave feeling SO much better than when you walked in. 💜

No choreography to learn. No flexibility required. Just a seriously good stretch, a little challenge where you want it, and the BEST Monday-night reset.

A LITTLE HEELS MOMENT… 👠🔥

We are SO excited to have .burke joining our weekly SK schedule from next week!

If you’ve danced with her already, you’ll know exactly why. The DETAIL. The TECHNIQUE. The ENERGY. ✨

From posture, walks & weight placement to lines, transitions, floorwork and all those little details that completely change how something feels and looks - Niamh brings so much into the room.

And then… we DANCE. 🔥

2 different levels, so whether you’re still finding your feet in heels or you’re looking for a class that really challenges your technique, performance and confidence, you can find the right place to train.

Expect proper Heels training, gorgeous choreo, loads of attention to detail and plenty of time to work on how you move, perform and feel in heels. 🔥

Monthly high-level training across a range of styles, working with an incredible line-up of guest teachers and choreographers.

LEVEL UP | APPLICATIONS OPEN

Not just choreography. Not just filming. Actual training.

We’re taking on a handful of new LEVEL UP dancers before applications close on 31 August.

LEVEL UP is a monthly commercial dance programme created for dancers who want to sharpen their movement, strengthen their performance and develop the versatility today’s commercial industry demands.

Across the programme, dancers will train with a varied faculty of guest teachers, exploring different commercial styles and approaches through three focused hours of training each month.

It’s about more than picking up steps. It’s about how you execute them - the detail, dynamics, musicality and confidence that transform choreography into performance.

Power. Precision. Performance. Presence.
