After taking on and smashing her first ever IM at Leeds, friend of , told us how much she enjoyed the day. Although after a year of training how much she was looking forward to riding her Liv Avail "just for fun".❤️

"I had an amazing time on my Avail for my first ever IM at Leeds! I knew the course was going to be tough so i was very glad to have my avail. I was confident mechanically as the wheels are great for short sections of gravel and i felt super fast after my race ready service. I can’t thank the team at Liv store York for all of their support and getting me to the end of my first Ironman!"

This time last week it was . So many Liv ladies took part and smashed the challenge. Regular customer and friend did just that on her Enviliv..... here's a little of what she had to say.❤️💪❤️

"Ironman Leeds was without a doubt one of my favorite races yet. The energy from athletes, spectators, and volunteers was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before and made the day truly unforgettable. While the swim portion of the race was cancelled due to blue-green algae in the lake in Roundhay, it was still a long day out on a tough course with over 220 km of distance covered.
I raced Ironman Leeds on none other than my Enviliv which I have used for all of my racing in the last three years. Some of the races I have done with my Enviliv include Weymouth 70.3 back in September 2024, Ironman New Zealand in March 2025, London T100 (Olympic distance) in August 2025, and now Ironman Leeds. My Enviliv has been with me though the big races, but also all of the quieter training and moments in between. Next stop for us now is Ironman Portugal in October" !

A massive congratulations to Laura Hodgson.
Laura was in Copenhagen at the weekend, competing in her first Ironman on the amazing Liv Avow!…. Will it be her last?

Here’s a-few words from Laura.💪👊👌

“This was my first full Ironman and I was lucky enough to tackle the bike on my gorgeous Avow. With a rolling route it was the perfect bike to get comfy on the bars and cut through some wind. I absolutely loved the bike, well I loved the whole day if you can’t tell from my smiles” 😆
