All clients for today please have sun cream and plenty of water .

Meet my new 1-2-1 client. Leo😃 who plays for Hamilton panthers.

Leo Came to us with a few issues he needed to iron out to improve his all round game .
After going through his A,B,C,s
And ball work we had a look at his concerns.
Which where as follows, not getting full contact of ball reducing power in the pass or strike .
The problem was his standing foot was to far back
So he was stretching for the ball ,making him lean backwards and sending the ball into the air aka the scope value .
A quick fix if you can spot it .
Now he can strike with laces and instep as video proves .
