Awesome class tonight guys and massive WELL DONE and WELCOME BACK to Stevie who had only just returned on Sunday from what’s classed as the most brutal Ultra Marathon event, The Dragon’s Back. 380km in 6 days in the mountainous terrain of Wales, covering ascents of the equivalent of two Mount Everest’s 😲😲😲

Work to your MAX, aim for PROGRESSION and never sacrifice FORM!

Snippet from our live Zoom class. In this instance I am talking about body weighted press-ups.

The training principles are that you should always aim for progression with each workout. Whether that is better form, fluidity of movement, more control, more reps or weight, or more advanced moves. Whatever stage you are at, aim for your own progression but ALWAYS aim to do the best you can. And that is where growth lies….

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY LADIES!!!!! 😍🥳😘

Can you believe it has been a whole year today that we officially launched with our virtual class?! 😲 I don’t think any of us thought we would still be dancing together online from our own homes and yet here we are.
Together, we have managed to keep dancing and stay active, remain connected and supported, and created a whole heap of new memories and funny stories. This class has kept us going through a difficult year, kept our spirits up and has given me, personally, purpose and something to look forward to every week. I have loved dancing, sweating and laughing with you so much!

THANK YOU !!! ❤️💛💜💚

Here’s to many more great classes together (and awesome shared stories! 😃😄).

Fabulous class tonight ladies - as always 🥰!!

I hope you all have a wonderful Easter Weekend and manage to spend time outdoors with those you haven’t been able to see in person for what seems a very long time. I think for once our desire to see each other and enjoy time together will completely overrule our need to see ‘what the weather will be like’ as part of our plans as it really is of low importance when it comes to seeing our loved ones. I, for one, will be doing it anyway! Even if I have to sit outside wearing a bin liner!!! Thankfully we can be more organised and just take an umbrella should it rain 😆

Awesome conditioning class tonight guys - you worked haaaaard!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Be very proud of yourselves for your commitment and dedication. I so get that you could’ve so easily just missed class to enjoy the sunshine and freedom to meet up with friends/ family that we haven’t had for a long time or just enjoyed extra time in the garden (and I would’ve completely understood!) but you adjusted plans around that and got the best of both without sacrificing your own gains. I am SO proud of you ❤️.

Absolutely AWESOME class tonight guys!
Low impact definitely does not mean low intensity! 😅💦🥵 Great focus and efforts by all 👊🏼. And we still manage to have a laugh even when we’re doing serious work! 😯

Brilliant ‘flashback’ class with the favourites 🥰 Absolutely LOVE to see you dancing and losing yourselves in the music 😍❤️. And those punches/ uppercuts/ whatever fighting moves (along with the faces!) incorporated on your own 😳😵 just added to the whole vibe ☺️. Notice I had to add a new guarding move to shield myself from you!! 😳😂

Had a real blast tonight - you are awesome ❤️❤️❤️
