✨ There are some experiences that stay with you long after they end… and this Glastonbury retreat was truly one of them. It was amazing to host this retreat with Becs

A few days held in the most beautiful cider barn, surrounded by nature, shared with the most incredible group of women. From the very beginning, there was a softness, an openness — something really special unfolding. 🧡

Our mornings began gently with yoga and meditation, easing into the day before heading to the onsite spa for a swim, whirlpool bath, and the invigorating cold dip barrel, moments of both relaxation and invigoration.

✨ We wandered together on a magical evening walk up to the Tor, dipped into sacred springs, and strolled through peaceful The Chalice Gardens soaking in the energy of Glastonbury. There was space to slow down, to breathe, to simply be.

Inside, the journey continued — somatic dance, journaling, and oracle cards… each practice opening doors to deeper self-awareness, release, and connection.

Evenings were a chance to soften with yin yoga and sound baths, allowing everything to integrate.

And the nourishment… the most beautiful Ayurvedic meals prepared with so much care by Becs food that truly supported the body and soul.

🫶 So much gratitude for every woman who showed up, shared, and made this an amazing retreat experience.

✨ Imagine this: It’s late January 2027, and instead of the winter drizzle, you’re experiencing a beautiful retreat in the gentle Moroccan sunshine. ☀️

I’m so excited to share our Retreat in Marrakech! From Fri 29 Jan – Fri 5 Feb 2027, we’re heading off for a week of pure soul-filling magic, and I’d love you to be there.

You will be staying at the beautiful Manira Palm, eco retreat villa .marrakech

Think of this as a massive hug for your nervous system.

We’ll be diving into:
🧘‍♀️ Flowy morning yoga and deeply restorative evening yin sessions.
🎶 Dreamy sound baths that offer a gentle release for your body and mind.
☕ Heart-opening cacao ceremonies and cosy circles where we can just be.

So often, the mind lives everywhere except here in the now.

In the past, replaying what was.
In the future, worrying about what might be.

When the mind stays there, it creates stress, anxiety, regret, and fear — pulling us away from the only moment we actually have, this moment now.

Yoga invites us back into the present.

Through breath, movement, and awareness, we anchor ourselves into the body and into this moment. Not yesterday. Not tomorrow.

Just now.

When the mind is present, we experience:

🌿 More peace
🌿 Less anxiety
🌿 Clearer focus
🌿 Deeper gratitude
🌿 A stronger connection to ourselves

Each inhale grounds us.
Each exhale releases.

So many of us are living inside a constant stream of notifications, responsibilities, and expectations.

Screens everywhere. Calendars full. Minds always switched on.

We were never meant to live at this pace.

Technology keeps us connected, but it also keeps us busy, overstimulated, and disconnected from our bodies. The nervous system rarely gets a chance to rest. Sleep becomes lighter. Tension settles into the shoulders, hips, and jaw. We push through — because that’s what we’ve learned to do.

Yoga invites something different.

It asks you to slow down.

To breathe.

To listen inward.

Yoga isn’t about flexibility or performance. It’s about regulation, resilience, and self-care that actually works.

✨ It calms the nervous system

✨ Supports hormonal balance

✨ Improves sleep and energy

✨ Releases stored tension and stress

✨ Reconnects you to your body’s wisdom

Slowing down through yoga doesn’t mean giving up or falling behind. It means choosing sustainability. It means caring for your future self.
