A very busy start to the year!! But improving on my knowledge to help you all is what I love to do best. After 16yrs Iโ€™m still learning!! And will always expand on my knowledge for you all, aswell as myself.

This new qualification is something more I can use alongside my already wide knowledge to help improve injuries, and poor posture from modern life!!!

After a bit of time away with my lovely Mummy, it was great last week to get back to training everyone, both in class and one to one.

We are back tomorrow for more! We have definitely been showing the summer heat we donโ€™t stop for anything!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ consistency is key to a healthier version of ourselves!!!

Get in touch for more info! Joining a class whether in person or on zoom or doing a pt session is more than aesthetically rewarding, itโ€™s about the mental health benefits, the longevity of our health for the future!!

Itโ€™s so important to find exercise, or as I like to say movement, that you enjoy, whatever that may be!! Thatโ€™s how youโ€™ll stick to exercise! It may be running, it may be Pilates, maybe some weights in dumbbells sessions. It doesnโ€™t matter what your choice isโ€ฆjust find what you enjoy and youโ€™ll stick to it.
