🏅✨ IT’S BADGE WEEK!✨🏅

This week, we’ll be assessing all of our gymnasts for their next badge! 🎉

If you’d like your gymnast to take part, please make sure they attend their usual session this week. This gives them the opportunity to show their coaches how all their hard work, both in and out of the gym, is paying off! 💪🤸‍♀️

Don’t worry if you’re busy this week and your gymnast can’t make it. Our next badge assessment will soon come around, as these take place every 9–10 weeks.

Good luck to all our gymnasts. We can’t wait to see how far you’ve all come! 🏅🥳

Our classes are the perfect way for little ones to explore, move, play and learn in a fun and supportive environment. From developing confidence, coordination and balance to building important social skills, there’s something for every little gymnast! ⭐

This week’s focus is the Cat Leap! A fun and dynamic skill that helps develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and confidence.

Why not help your little one practise their cat leaps at home?
Encourage them to take their time, focus on their leg position, posture and technique, and celebrate every improvement along the way! ⭐

We've got a new Halloween Competition available to book! 🎃

Open to all Fierce Gymnastics members, this special event will include floor, bars and trampette. Something completely different from our usual competitions!

Every entry includes:

🏅 A medals and/or
🎀 Ribbons
🎁 Gift bag

Entries close on 30th September, but places are limited and our competitions sell out every time so book early to avoid missing out! Once entered, you will receive an email with the routines (by the end of the week). These are different to normal!

A strong forward roll is one of the first building blocks in gymnastics. It helps develop body control, coordination and confidence for more advanced skills. This week, focus on these three simple tips at home:

✨ Hands down, chin tucked
✨ Push and roll over your shoulders
✨ Finish in a strong, balanced stand
