Well after working on a 8 week programme for a client wanting to improve his shoulder pressβ¦.i have had this amazing email with the results BUT I d like to also say it is also down to the dedication of the client so a MASSIVE well done ππΌπͺπΌπ€πΌπ₯
I wanted to let you know how well the program you wrote for me is working because Iβve made more progress in the last 6-7 weeks than the whole preceding year!
So far the 28kg bell has gone from a 2RM to a 5RM based on my weaker arm.
The double press has improved to the extent that last session I got 5 sets of 10 with double 20s in about 18 minutes, and am considering starting again with double 24s.
I can only get 1 set of 8 with the 20s in the Z press so far but the rest will come Iβm sure. Probably in the next couple of months Iβm going to try the day 2 ladders with the 28 as well.
All in all Iβm absolutely chuffed with what this is doing for me so Thankyou once again for writing it Kevβ.
Iβm going to up the volume for the next month or so before going on holiday so will be doing Iron Cardio or Dry Fighting weight for a bit before coming back to your program in late September.
