• Chat with our expert chiropractor Tristan from Active Care Chiropractic
• Athletica Physio will be joining us too which is so exciting
• And at 12pm – Kevin owner of Athletica Physio will be giving a 15–20 minute talk on: “How Not to Wreck Yourself” and answer any questions you have.

Another brilliant local business joining us for our 20th Birthday celebrations this Saturday! 🎉

We’re really pleased to have Tristan from Active Care Chiropractic coming down to Ebor to be part of the day.

He'll be around to chat, answer your questions and talk all things movement, mobility and looking after your body, particularly useful if you train regularly or have an ongoing aches or niggles you’ve been meaning to get checked out.

It’s a great opportunity to meet the team, ask questions and find out more about what they do.

20 YEARS OF EBOR FITNESS 🎉

We’re so pleased to have Kevin & Vic from Athletica Physio joining us this Saturday as part of our 20th Birthday celebrations

And they’re not just coming along for the bacon butties…

At 12PM, Kevin will be giving a 15–20 minute talk:

“HOW NOT TO WRECK YOURSELF”

He’ll be covering how to look after your body, reduce your risk of injury and keep training safely when those aches and niggles inevitably crop up, with time afterwards to ask your own questions too.

Whether you’re new to training, have been lifting for years, or there’s something you’ve been putting off getting looked at, there’ll be plenty to take away from this one.

🎉 HAPPY 70TH BIRTHDAY TO THE QUEEN OF EBOR FITNESS, PAULINE! 👑💞

Today is a very special one for the Ebor family, our mum, Pauline, is 70 years young!

Pauline has worked at Ebor Fitness since the day we opened our doors 20 years ago, and she’s still keeping the place spotless on a morning & loves a good chat & laughs with our members.

It’s actually hard to believe she’s 70… because she certainly doesn’t look it! 😂

But maybe that’s what years of exercising, keeping active and strength training does for you. 💪🏼 A pretty good advert for looking after yourself as you get older!
