SEN Clip 'N Climb at York Leisure Centre

This climbing session operates at a reduced capacity to ensure a comfortable environment for all climbers taking part. Our instructors are trained to help the climbers develop their skills, and will be on hand through-out this session to offer advice that will help the participants climb that little bit higher each time!

Sessions run every Friday at 5:50pm

Why not join one of our gym floor exercise classes. There is a class for everyone! Run by our experienced gym Fitness instructors. They will cater the class to your ability and needs. Helping you on your fitness journey.

Circuits -

Circuit routines provide a rigorous, all-body workout as you tackle a sequence of physical challenges designed to get you fitter and stronger

Functional Fitness -

The exercises in this session are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use everyday at home, work or during sports.

Strength -

These sessions are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner using a series of exercises using equipment and your own bodyweight.
