For a long time, I thought I had to find my “thing.”

That one sentence that would make me stand out.

The niche. The message. The magic bullet that would finally make everything click.

But what I didn’t realise back then, was that my uniqueness wasn’t something I had to create.
It was something I had to remember.

When I discovered Human Design, it felt like being handed a mirror.

It showed me that my energy already was my USP.

That the way I communicate, connect, and create - all of it - was written into my chart long before I ever tried to market it.

My defined Throat explained why my words carry power when they’re emotionally true - and why they fall flat when they’re forced.

My undefined centres showed me where I’d been absorbing everyone else’s pressure and mistaking it for my own voice.

And my 12–22 channel reminded me that my influence doesn’t come from talking louder - it comes from feeling deeper.

That changed everything.

Because once you see yourself clearly, you stop trying to perform uniqueness.
You start embodying it.
You stop forcing a niche and start following what lights you up.

For years, I’d convinced myself I couldn’t fly.

It wasn’t the plane that was the problem, it was the program my mind was running.

Every time I thought about flying, my body reacted:

tight chest, fast heart, that familiar “unsafe” feeling.

Then I decided to change the story.

I started looking for proof that it was safe, that I could do it and I rewired what my subconscious believed.

A few weeks ago, I went up with my son in a tiny plane.

No fear. No panic. Just trust and freedom.

That’s the power of belief work.

This week, I practised my own medicine.

I had plans.
I had energy mapped out.

And then… nothing.

That familiar “push through” voice showed up, the one that says you’ll fall behind if you stop.

But I didn’t listen this time.

I paused. Took a walk. Let the discomfort be there.

Because forcing alignment never creates more of it.

Sometimes, practicing what I coach looks like not performing productivity.
It looks like trusting my emotional wave, and remembering that space doesn’t mean slacking, it means recalibration.
