Tip 2: Be safe, be seen.

Go by bike…our top tips for making cycling everyday journeys a habit. This is an obvious one, but with lots of cycling gear and accessories out there, it’s easy to forget what to prioritise. A good helmet, lights (even during the day) and a sold-secure bike lock to keep your bike safe are the essential trio. Look out for helmets with MIPS, a protection system to protect against the effects of rotational forces on impact.
