We are an open-age mens football team who compete in the York Minster Engineering League. We currently have one team playing in 'Division 1' with another team competing in 'Reserve C'. We are always welcome to new players coming to train so if you are looking to get back into football or would like a new challenge, you are encouraged to get in touch. We train on Wednesday evenings and play on Satu

​Ready to lace up your boots for the upcoming season? Rufforth United FC are recruiting!

​Whether you’re looking for a fresh challenge, a return to the game, or a competitive squad with a great culture, we want you on the pitch.

We are a men’s football club with big ambitions this year, and pre-season training is officially getting underway on Wednesday 3rd June!

​If you've got the drive, the discipline, and the passion for the game, come down and show us what you've got.

​⚽️ TRAINING DETAILS:
​🗓 DATE: Every Wednesday starting 3rd June.
​⏰ TIME: 6:30pm - 8:00pm
​📍 LOCATION: Rufforth Playing Fields, Wetherby Road

Our season finally draws to a close following a comfortable home win against Hensall Hawks. Undoubtedly, the moment of the game belongs to Kieran Nelson on his (temporary) return who curled in a magnificent 4th goal (video in comments).

Well done to everyone involved in this season and thank you all for your support. We'll see you in the Premier Division next season!

A tough set of results for our teams this week.

Last night, our FIRST TEAM halted a recent run of defeats as they drew 2-2 with Church Fenton. With Huntington Rovers Football Club all but confirmed as winners of Division 1, we are in a strong position to grab the second promotion spot.

On Monday, our RESERVES pushed Copmanthorpe Reserves throughout the game but a mad flurry of action towards the end proved too much and Copmanthorpe finished the game 6-3 winners
