Join us on Saturday at 3pm for a Summer Solstice Sound bath with Davina.

As the longest day softens into evening, allow yourself to fully unwind beneath the open sky. Sound and vibration can gently calm the nervous system, soothe the body, and quiet the mind.
Davina will guide the experience using a collection of sacred and grounding instruments including singing bowls, Bodhrán drum, Koshi chimes, wind chimes, and rain stick. Let the sounds ripple across the lake and wash over you as you relax on your mat, held by nature, stillness, and the golden energy of the solstice.

Lovely Cornwall ❤️

What a fabulous trip to Cornwall! The weather wasn’t great but we still had a lovely time at The Eden Project, St Ives, Watergate Bay and Newquay. I enjoyed lots of scones, too! ❤️
