A big shout out to two of our members Kirsty Emma and Theresa Tingle on completing the Kirbymoorside 10km! It's a very hilly route and I'm sure the weather didn't help but they both smashed it!

Today we ran Pretty Muddy Race for Life!

Well done to all of our ladies and everyone who took part!!!

We have raised over £3000 and it's still coming!

Hopefully everyone is now clean and warm.

"Having lost almost 8 stone in weight I found although I was a much more healthy weight, I was incredibly weak and unfit. I signed up to the 28 day programme to learn how to start strength training not expecting to enjoy it much knowing it was necessary and was surprised by how much I loved it. 6 months later and I’ve seen so much progress and I love how supportive and kind everyone is. When I started I couldn’t even do one sit up and struggled with anything weight based. I can now join in fully with most things and the best thing is it’s been life changing for me. My daughter is disabled and I’d got to the point where I couldn’t lift her at all. I can now look after her on my own with ease and get her in and out of her chair. I did a high ropes course with my 13 year old on holiday and am now so grateful that I don’t have to watch from the sidelines anymore when out with my kids. FBL really has been a huge part of my getting my life back how it should be 😍"

WHAT A WEEKEND!

I am feeling extremely proud of our ladies who went to Belgium this weekend to compete in the double Hyrox!

They have worked very, very hard for months towards this, and they absolutely smashed it!

We are all hooked and already looking for the next one!

A massive well done to everyone!

At FBL, we know there is way more to health and fitness than fat loss however we have had some life changing results from our ladies recently and we need to BIG them up and celebrate them for their amazing hard work and determination 👏

Our wonderful started with us in September and has lost 30kg! She's shown real dedication to attending her sessions and been hyper focused on her goals 🥰

Well done, Kim! You always manage to smile whilst doing some of the toughest sessions!

We can't wait to see what else you achieve this year and look forward to supporting you every step of the way!
