Another great set of classes from our Yeovil students 🤩

Mighty Matt’s and Juniors both worked through different stations ensuring they covered all elements across their belts 🌟🌟🌟

Leadership are almost at the end of their musical form rotation, it’s great to see how much confidence they have gained in this 😊

Adults continue to work on kicks and drills as we make sure the foundation as strong as they work up through the levels 👊🏼💪🏼

Congratulations to Tireni who received the Team Fear wristband for working hard on his techniques and gaining some fantastic improvement in application and power 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Wow! What a busy but great night 😁

Lots to cover tonight and that with some new faces coming to give classes a go, the energy in the room was fantastic 🫶🏼

Well done to our existing students who demonstrated their focus and techniques perfectly and showed our new friends exactly what to expect 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Mighty Matt’s and juniors both had classes covering hand drills and curriculum techniques along with some pad work for the Mighty Matt’s.

Leadership are coming to the end of their musical form section 🥷

Adults class went straight into a form and kickboxing drill warm up dependant on their belt level. After a drink break it was straight into continuation of forms and kickboxing drills alongside some pad work. We ended with some display drills and choreographed self defence 💪🏼👊🏼

Well done to Siddarharth and Lacey who both received Team Fear wristbands for great effort and attitude 🥳

⭐️⭐️ MR ELI APPRECIATION POST ⭐️⭐️

Not every win comes with a medal… and Eli proved that this weekend 👊

After 5 years away from competing, Eli (our junior instructor and 1st Degree Black Belt) stepped back onto the mats at the South West Championships. That takes serious courage — especially in some very tough categories.

He didn’t get the result he wanted, and yes, there was disappointment. But what he did next says everything about his character… he picked himself up and went straight back to supporting those still competing 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

That’s the kind of person Eli is.

Kind, selfless, and an absolute inspiration to so many. Week in, week out he gives his time, energy and care to help our students grow — and they are incredibly lucky to have him inspiring and nurturing them every session 🫶🏼

I couldn’t be prouder of him. Not just for stepping back out there, but for the example he sets every single day.

I’m so lucky to have him as both a student and an assistant 🙌

What can we I say about this young man that would do him justice. Archie came to me shy, nervous and lacking in confidence and in just a few months his confidence has grown he’s become someone who will challenge themselves in ways that inspire others.

Well done Archie on your first competition, I can’t wait to see you continue to grow. Wear your competitors medal with pride 🏅

Big shout out to brothers David and Daniel who both stepped onto the championships mat for the first time, not only did they show courage, dedication and amazing commitment to their training but their overall improvement to their technical ability has been incredible.
