***Booking & membership system update***

We’re upgrading our booking and membership system from Tuesday 9th to Thursday 11th June

What this means for you

Before the upgrade, until 1am 9th June

• You can continue to book as normal up to 01:00am on Tuesday 9th June. I’d recommend booking what you need for the next 7 days before this deadline, but we can still take manual bookings payments during the upgrade, see below.

During the upgrade, 9th – 11th June:

• We’ll be open as usual, but you/we won’t be able to book/pay/check availability digitally - online or through the app. You can still visit or phone our centre and make bookings for activities taking place the same day, this’ll be on a first come first served basis

• Membership purchases will be temporarily unavailable

After the upgrade, 12th June onwards:

• Online bookings and memberships will be available again once the system is live

• You may be asked to log back into the LED app, as part of wider changes being introduced - make a note of your login details now.

• Any requests that cannot be completed during this time will be handled as soon as systems are available again

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete this essential work to support future improvements.

We’ll be using a paper-based system over this period, and will be able to take bookings in person or over the phone using card payments
