☀️ Hot weather reminder for our gymnasts and families! ☀️

As temperatures rise, please make sure gymnasts come to class prepared for the heat. 💧

✔️ Bring a full water bottle
✔️ Wear light, breathable training clothes
✔️ Arrive well hydrated
✔️ Tie long hair up securely
❌No crop tops or short T-shirts please.

Training safely in hot weather helps everyone stay healthy, focused, and performing their best. We’ll be making extra time for water breaks during classes.

This June, we’re proud to support the IGA Jump for June fundraising campaign to help raise vital funds for the Peaches Womb Cancer Trust.

Over the next few weeks, during our regular gym sessions, members will be taking part in a fun Jump Circuit 💪🎉

This will include a variety of jumping exercises, with the goal of every member completing at least 200 jumps.

Even more exciting — as a club, we’re aiming for a grand total of 150,000 jumps! 🙌

A great challenge for an even greater cause.

What a fantastic day at the IGA National Tumbling Squad training in Milton Keynes!

We are incredibly proud to have had 10 Orchard gymnasts selected to attend, representing our club alongside some of IGA’s most talented tumblers from across the country.

Huge congratulations to all of our gymnasts on earning their place in the squad – this is a fantastic achievement, and one that you should all be very proud of. We are certainly proud of each and every one of you!

The training session was highly productive and delivered in an outstanding venue, providing a great opportunity for gymnasts to learn, develop, and be inspired.

We would also like to congratulate all the gymnasts and clubs from around the country who achieved selection. It was wonderful to see so much talent, dedication, and enthusiasm on display throughout the day.

A special thank you to Barry, John, and Karen for their hard work in organising, planning, and delivering such an enjoyable and valuable session. We hope everyone took away something positive from the experience, and we look forward to seeing all the gymnasts continue to progress and achieve.

John and Barry are keeping busy this weekend with IGA Ireland 🇮🇪 , delivering coach education to an enthusiastic group of coaches on a fantastic Level 1 & Level 2 Tumbling Course.

It's great to see so many coaches investing in their development, expanding their knowledge, and enhancing their skills to support gymnasts across Ireland. The energy, engagement, and commitment shown throughout the course has been outstanding.

A huge thank you to everyone involved for making it such a successful and enjoyable weekend of learning and development. Here's to continuing to raise standards and grow the sport together!
