It’s been great to coach through this 15 week body composition transformation.
Jacks results highlight that effective nutrition and training don’t have to be restrictive, and can be based on a program that is enjoyable, sustainable and conducive to your lifestyle. A short break inbound, then we see what else we can bring 💪🏻

The goal of the past 15 weeks was to improve body composition by slowly losing body fat and maintaining as much muscle mass and therefore strength as possible.
The other goal was to not have to say no to any social event and enjoy the process!
