Q SCHOOL 2021 UPDATE
It is with regret that after careful consideration, World Pool Ltd is today announcing the postponement of all 2021 Q School events that were due to take place prior to 16th May 2021.
Due to the recent developments surrounding the pandemic and extensions to current restrictions as set out by the UK Government, the proposed schedule of events cannot proceed. Any restrictions on numbers and the associated 2 metre social distancing rules are major barriers to the viability of these events proceeding, and the likelihood that licensed premises may not reopen until May 2021 adds credence to this decision.
Our main priority is to ensure the health and wellbeing of each and every player, staff member at each venue, and any WPL connected staff.
Despite this postponement, World Pool Ltd is committed to ensuring that the Regional Q School events can proceed to the new schedule and the Regional Directors are working on their respective schedules with a view to releasing the revised dates shortly.
This postponement also enables us to support those players who have already entered and those who wish to enter as we will be extending the entry deadline until 2nd May 2021. Any player who has entered can rest assured that any fees paid to date are 100% secure and likewise any further entries also have this guarantee.
The last year has been a challenge for us all and we are very thankful for your continued support. Our team is working hard behind the scenes to ensure that once we are in a position to hit the ground running, we can do just that.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and rest assured that any venues who previously agreed to host a Q School event will not miss out once we are allowed to proceed in a safe and secure manner. We all look forward to getting back on the baize in the very near future.”
