Players of the Weekend 🏏

Steve Skinley – A superb spell of bowling, finishing with 3 wickets for just 9 runs from his 4 overs, putting the opposition under immense pressure.

Alex Hutchings – A brilliant innings of 59 runs, providing the backbone of the innings and leading the way with the bat.

Prior to the scheduled evening friendly fixture on Thursday, 4 June, the Club will hold a short informal ceremony to formally dedicate and name the pavilion

The Cyril Treweeks Pavilion.

Everyone is warmly invited to attend the ceremony and stay to enjoy the evening fixture afterwards. The bar will be open, serving a range of hot and cold refreshments

A great weekend for Yelverton Bohemians Cricket Club, with both the 1st XI and 3rd XI getting the job done and bringing home the wins. It was fantastic to see everyone contributing, both on and off the field, making it a successful weekend for the Bohos. A big thank you to all the volunteers who give up their time to help the club run smoothly each week – from preparing the ground to helping behind the scenes, your hard work is hugely appreciated. Here's to carrying the momentum into next weekend!

Our mid-season do begins on Saturday with drinks after the league match during the day, followed by a relaxed evening where everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. Feel free to camp at the ground overnight so you’re all set and ready for the next day’s festivities.

On Sunday, we’ll be hosting a friendly cricket match alongside classic cricket teas, a BBQ running throughout the day, and a great selection of drinks to keep everyone refreshed and in good spirits, all to celebrate the club and our community.

A huge congratulations to Eddie Foskett on a fantastic innings of 139 — and even more special as it’s his FIRST ever century! 💯 An incredible achievement and hopefully the first of many to come. Brilliant batting, Eddie! 👏
