Even after upgrading the gym to 24-hour access for all members 🔓
No shortcuts. No compromises. Just more value for you.
However, like everything right now, our running costs have risen — with an £8,000 increase in business rates.
To keep delivering the level you expect from us, there will now be a small £2.50 charge on payments made via cash or card.
This helps us cover rising costs while keeping memberships as fair and affordable as possible for everyone.

I beat cancer my way.
I’ve been quiet for a while, and now you know why.
I was diagnosed with HPV-positive head & neck cancer (stage 1).
After a lot of research and serious thought, I made a decision that wasn’t easy —
I refused radiotherapy and chemotherapy due to the potential long-term and life-altering side effects.
Instead, I chose a different path.
I underwent TORS (Transoral Robotic Surgery) —
a minimally invasive surgery where the tumour is removed through the mouth using robotic precision, avoiding external cuts and reducing damage to surrounding tissue.
Alongside that, I had a neck dissection, where lymph nodes (levels II, III, and IV) were removed as a precaution to ensure there was no spread.
On top of that, I’ve been using repurposed drugs — and I will continue to do so as part of my long-term approach to staying cancer-free.
Today, I’ve had the news:
The cancer is gone.
This isn’t me telling anyone what they should or shouldn’t do —
this is just me sharing my journey, my decisions, and my outcome.
I trusted my instincts.
I took control.
I backed myself.
And I’m still here. Stronger than ever.
Massive thank you to everyone who supported me through this — you know who you are.
Now it’s time to move forward.
