Phoenix Martial Arts - Yateley

Students are encouraged to develop their martial arts skills, improve their fitness, and be the best they can be. Simone Brooks is a Senior Instructor with Phoenix Martial Arts, one of the most successful martial arts associations in the UK based in the South East. Simone, holds a 3rd Degree black sash in Kung Fu having started training in 2007. She is a Cimac Superleague champion having competed

successfully over the years in both semi-contact point fighting and light-continuous sparring in the UK and internationally. Simone runs a ladies only class on Friday nights at Yateley Village Hall at 19:00 to 20:30 and is open to students aged 12 and over. The lessons cost £35 per month which covers four classes, we train for 48 weeks of the year. There are no contracts for you to train for a set period. The classes follow the Kung Fu grading syllabus but also incorporate various aspects of the Kickboxing style. The lessons are both physically challenging and technically orientated. Students are encouraged to develop their martial arts skills, improve their fitness, and become the best that they can be. We are running an offer where the first class is free so you can figure out if you like what we do or not. It's a good idea to wear a t-shirt and jogging/tracksuit bottoms. You'll also need to bring a drink as well for after the warm-up. If you have any medication (such as an asthma inhaler) please bring this with you as well.
