She decided to join us four weeks early, and we’re soaking up every newborn cuddle 🥹🫧

My maternity leave has started a little earlier than planned, and I’ll be off work for at least six months. I’ll be back in contact with clients and taking on new ones once I return.

A huge thank you to all my amazing clients, not just for your support over the years, but especially throughout my pregnancy. You’ve honestly made this time so special, and I’m beyond grateful to have a job (and community!) that I truly love. I can’t wait to be back when the time is right.

Little life update… we’re having a baby! Due in December ✨🤍

Big thank you to all my lovely clients for being so supportive and patient over the past few months. I’ve really appreciated it.

Feeling lucky that my body and bump have enabled me to continue working and training so far.

Still around, still coaching… just maybe with a few more snacks and slower burpees.

And don’t worry, when the time comes every client will know exactly what to do while I’m on mat leave. No excuses for a rest 😉

Small Group Classes for Mums & Babies 🙌🏼🤱🏼🍼🏃🏽‍♀️

I have so many mums reaching out for help, so I want to offer a more affordable alternative to personal training. I’m thinking of starting a small group weekday lunchtime class!

So many mums want to feel stronger and more active, but paying for a personal trainer on mat leave isn’t always justifiable. I want to help as many mums as possible find a way to move, feel good, and not let childcare, budget or confidence hold them back.

This Mums’ lunchtime class will be a 45-minute workout, but I’ll allow an hour because prams, babies, and a good chat always mean a few delays! A relaxed, supportive space for up to eight mums where little ones are welcome.

Instead of meeting your friend for coffee and cake (hello, 600 calories!), why not swap it for a fun, affordable workout that boosts your energy and mood? You’ll still get your social time, but with a side of fitness that leaves you feeling reenergised.

See ya January 👋🏼👏🏼 Least favourite month almost done. The hardest month to exercise in, but the one everyone puts the most pressure on themselves to start.

New Year’s resolutions felt easy on 1st. But now? Not so much. Life gets busy, workouts start feeling a bit meh, and old habits sneak back in like they never left. 😔

But here’s the thing—progress isn’t made when you’re feeling super motivated. It’s made when you show up even when you really, really can’t be bothered.

If you’re struggling to stay on track, try this:
• Set small, realistic goals each week (because huge, scary ones never last).
• Treat your workouts like plans with a friend—you wouldn’t cancel last-minute, would you?
• Focus on how movement makes you feel, not just what the scales say.
• Get support—accountability is everything.

And that’s a wrap for 2024. 🎤

Wishing all my amazing clients a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This has been my favourite year of work so far, and I’m feeling so grateful to be able to do what I love every day. Thank you for your hard work, laughs and dedication.
