26 weeks out from Lisbon Half Marathon🫡

Fallen back in love with running after a ROUGH couple of weeks…🥴 starting a new training block now, with two Hyrox races in the middle and probably a few more races and holidays 🤭

Focus is shifting onto fuelling correctly and keeping my weight up to prevent any injuries from creeping up on me 🫣

Buzzing to be able to support Natty for the season 🤍🤝

It’s great to have Natty with us for another season! As one of the senior players in the squad, she brings plenty of experience and sets high standards within the group. Her versatility and ability to play in several positions make her an important part of the team ahead of the new season. 🔔💙

Natty is sponsored by MRW Personal Training, thank you for your support 💪🏼

NEW LOOK. SAME ME. 🤍

A little rebrand for MRW Personal Training.

I wanted something that felt more like me — strong, athletic, modern, but still simple.

MRW is about more than just training. It’s about getting stronger, getting fitter, enjoying the process and finding a balance that actually fits your life.

TRAIN • RUN • LIVE

Here’s to the next chapter 🖤

A reminder that fitness is part of a healthy lifestyle, not the whole thing🫶🏼

Some days it’s a run and getting my steps in.
Some days it’s a gym session and working on myself.
And some days it’s drinks, food, family, friends and absolutely no guilt 🍸🥂

The goal isn’t to be “good” all the time.
It’s to build a life you actually enjoy living 🤍

Been filling my cup recently 🙂‍↔️

1. Run club with the girls will always have a special place in my heart 🤍
2. Early clients mean I get to see the pretty sunrises 🌅
3. Currently on a mission to get Sub-20 5k (praying Oli Grove will pace me🤞🏽)
4. Doing new things I used to avoid 🥂
5/6. Spontaneous Wembley trip✨
7. Started therapy again, and learning to love myself again đź’ś

Lil update post from my week:

Finally got some routine back in my strength training, started a new program with the focus of building my strength back up! 🤝

Running has been a life line for me in these past few weeks, so 25k run on my birthday; followed by Frenchay run club with the Meels PT girls (loved the card, and brownies/cookies🤪)

Been doing a lot of solo dates, coffee, walks and shopping trips which has been hard but definitely been helping me learn more about myself🥹

Then a night where I actually chilled out, people watched and treated myself to a drink (those that know me know that don’t happen often🫪)

Overall, a lovely week and a lot of healing..❤️‍🩹

✨A reminder that I think we all need sometimes✨

Social media is a highlight reel. We celebrate wins, holidays, PBs, transformations and happy moments—but rarely the days we cry, grieve or struggle just to get through.

I lost my dog unexpectedly, I went through heartbreak. During that time people complimented me on how “lean” I looked, when the reality was I could barely eat.

As a PT, people think I live and breathe fitness, nutrition and exercise but in reality I’m only human. I make mistakes, I don’t eat perfectly, I don’t train all the time… that’s unrealistic but what many content creators will show you.

Looking healthy doesn’t always mean someone is healthy.
Looking happy doesn’t always mean someone is okay.

So please don’t compare yourself to what you see online.

Train because it makes you stronger.
Eat because your body deserves fuel.
Be kind—to yourself and to others.

You never know what someone is going through🤍
