Qualifying complete at the 29er Worlds 🌍

Jac & Ben qualified in 5th, with Ben & Tom close behind in 13th, both into Gold Fleet and top Brits in a monster 276 boat fleet. Well done Boys! 🔥⛵

ILCA Welsh Championships - Pwllheli at its very best. Sunny, windy, big waves, and a cracking 53 boat turnout, with the club out in force. Saturday threw 20+ knots at us, really fun but tough conditions.

Some standout club results:

ILCA 4 - Megan 4th, Evie 5th, Sophie 6th, Ellen 7th

ILCA 6 - Thomas 11th

ILCA 7 - Gordon 4th, John 7th, Rhys 8th, Mark 9th (cut short after a nasty head knock in race 2, heal up, Mark 🤕❤️

Also flying the flag on Sunday: Harry 12th and Harrison 19th.

Impeccably run by the Venning family, and a massive thank you to all the club volunteers, Ken, Mandy, Molly, Russell, Mike, and especially Bethan, who pulled the whole thing together.

Special shout out to John Jones, winner of the Endeavour Award for the most experienced sailor in the fleet 🥳 🫡

Massive well done to all the PD sailors who represented the club brilliantly this weekend at the Welsh club Champs in Dale!

In regatta Tera sport:
Molly finished 1st 🥇

In Tera pro:
Cara finished 3rd 🥉

In ILCA 4
Harry finished 1st 🥇
Megan finished 2nd 🥈

In ILCA 6
Thomas finished 5th

In toppers
Sophie finished 1st 🥇
Ollie finished 11th

Overall, PD finished 2nd which was an incredible achievement given we had approx half the number of sailors competing when compared to Cardiff who won and the club in 3rd place
