Halfway through our INVICTUS 2.0 block and the progress is there to see 👊

Stronger lifts. Better movement. Improved fitness. More confidence.

What stands out most isn’t just the results, it’s the consistency. Week after week, members are showing up, putting the work in, and building momentum.

A few weeks still to go, but we’re excited to see what everyone can achieve by the end of the block 🚀

Our 8-week strength & fitness series has been built to keep members progressing through structured strength work, conditioning and high-energy sessions that challenge both body and mindset.

Meet Iestyn 👋

Alongside coaching at The Unit, Iestyn is currently studying a Masters in Physiotherapy at Bangor University.

Before moving into rugby, he spent years as a professional dancer in Russia until the age of 12, giving him a completely different background to most coaches when it comes to movement, control and body awareness.

Last year, he also worked as an S&C Coach at RGC, adding high-level performance experience into the mix too.

Whether it’s helping members improve movement, build confidence in the gym or push performance further, Iestyn brings a huge amount of knowledge and energy to the coaching team at The Unit 🙌

Another awesome Super Saturday & Coffee Social in the books 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who came along this morning. Great training, great coffee from .uk, and incredible pastries from .barrie .marram 🥐☕️

It was brilliant to see so many members, friends, family, kids (and a few four-legged friends 🐶) hanging around after the workout, catching up and enjoying the morning together.

Thanks for being part of such a great community ❤️

Now it’s time to kick on into a new month of training as we build towards Turf Games London at the end of June 💪🔥
