Really happy with this one.

Nat has took on everything said to her and stuck to it

Nats goals was to lose weight and to get fit for an upcoming boxing charity event

The workouts we created allowed us to have more margin for error when dialling in our calories. As we built up the capacity to work harder in the sessions the weight started flying off

Nat has a calorie goal and protein goal that she sticks to she also does steady state cardio to a set amount calories on off days from the gym

Next steps to improve her lifting as we build the capacity for heavier lifts whilst keeping in line with her goals
