Kett's Oak Primary Care Network is hosting a series of free Dementia Prevention Information Sessions across local communities.

✅ Open to everyone
✅ No need to be registered with one of the participating GP practices
✅ Walk-in appointments available

Come along to learn more about dementia prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and the support available within your community.
