When buyers have differing "views" on dealers, it often stems from the contrast between professional guarantees and concerns about 'hidden' vices and feel private sellers offer sentimental background, but we as dealers operate as a business at Fox covert, we however always make sure we find a horse to suit your requirements. For us its not about the quantity its about the quality of horse sound, straight, uncomplicated and suited to a job. We source broken and unbroken horses all previously well vetted before we purchase ..... hunter, alrounders, top class show jumpers & eventers.
our priority is the horse is produced correctly and attended many events away from home, so we know the horse well enough and would be suited to specific equestrian activity before we advertise!

I see why dealers give 'dealers' a bad name when advertise a horse with a perfect CV rather than stating its still 'under assessment' before they actually know themselves

We take great pleasure of taking time, patience & perfection producing nice horses 🫶

A very genuine, sensible horse with 3 correct paces, schooling nicely on the flat.

She has a positive trainable attitude towards work, jumping a course of fences, attending unaffiliated events

She is cross country schooling proving brave, careful and confident, good to hack will go first or last. Hunted with various packs over a range of country rails, ditches hedges with us last season snaffle mouth very mannerly & polite

will make a lovely event / hunter / alrounder. Ready for someone to continue her education.

We bought her as a 3 year old off the breeder, broken her and produced her ourselves all history known

She rides lovely in a snaffle with a very trainable attitude towards her work currently attending local training shows, cross country schooling and hacking alone or in company

Brave and honest to a fence a mare that has never said no equally wouldn't pull your arms out, she has a lovely approach to fences and schooling nicely on the flat

would suit a competent novice or a professional for many equestrian activities
