✨CLIENT TRANSFORMATION💥

Nicole spent 6 weeks on this transformation after getting in touch with me over Christmas and chatting about how we could get started with some weight loss ⚖️

She has been incredibly consistent with her workout schedule and made some small adjustments to her nutritional habits 💪allowing her to lose 10lbs in the process 👏

Nicole has taken the next step and we’re currently working on a plan to set her up for success when she takes on the gym solo (with daily support 💻📲).

Amazing work - bring on the next few months 🙌

Buzzing with this one…

Molly has been training with me for a little while now and had her sights set on toning up while improving some key lifts.

It’s taken a few more weeks than expected due to illness and a few holidays but Molly has improved her strength across the board while managing to produce some very good definition - particularly across her back, and improving her posture💪

✨CLIENT TRANSFORMATION✨

Tamsin completed the latest cycle of TONE & SWEAT, after recently having a baby! She was determined to get back to exercise and we did so adapting anything necessary and making sure we only pushed when she felt up to it (most of this was me trying to slow her down!) 😂

I'm sure you can all see she's done an incredible job - You're amazing ._ well done!
