Weekly reset ✨
This week has been all about recovery and reflection.
Sauna. Ice baths. Slowing down.
A night away with just me and Bear — completely disconnecting from the world for a moment.
I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately about values, happiness, and what actually matters.
And one thing that keeps coming up again and again is the people you surround yourself with. The environments you’re in. The community you build.
Because if everything disappeared tomorrow…
what would you actually want left?
For me, it would be the people. The connection. The community.
I’m feeling refreshed after two days off training.
Now it’s time to lock back in and go smash the week ahead.
