HLS juniors had a great session yesterday , a session based on fitness/ body on attack and defence and team building. Well don’t to Freya for trainer of the day , Freya worked tirelessly all day , applying her learns in the gameplay and just allround effort

Great display of netball in the first round of the Cheshire elite summer league . It was always going to be a tough one against a strong, experienced Macclesfield side but we kept it calm , clean and steady and proved our space in the league . Pom - Lucy cpom- darcie and Meg - team defence 🩷🖤 a loss 26-33 but a win in terms of our ambition to stand up in English leagues
