Well done to both first team players Seb Kidd and Gary Evans for your continued support within our Youth Phase.

Brilliant to see First Team players being great role models for the future of the club.

Thank you to Seb for leading another quality HIIT session for the 12-16s and thank you to Gary for coming on the call and getting involved in the session again. A unique opportunity for the Youth Phase players to get to work with First Team players.

LOCKDOWN UPDATE ~

In order to keep our players active throughout yet another Lockdown our Committee and Coaches have come together to ensure our players stay active throughout another Lockdown where face to face sessions are not allowed.

Please see the attached letter to find out when your session is. These are starting tomorrow with our Youth Phase/Performance Phase and First Team’s HIIT sessions.

U19s TRAINING ~

A reminder our new u19s group start training tomorrow evening 6-7pm at Glyndwr University, Wrexham.
