Chicken Flat Bread & Chips
For the Flat bread I used ratio 60g of Greek yogurt to 60g of plain flour (it made 4 flat breads)
For the chicken I used 5 thighs marinaded in paprika, garlic, onion, tumeric, masala and chilli flakes.
For the chips I used 400g of white potato and I cooked them in garlic & chilli olive oil with salt & pepper seasoning.
For the mayo I used 100g Greek yogurt, 100g of cottage cheese, mustard, garlic, onion powder and lemon juice, blended it and popped it in a dish, there’s LOADS left.
Then I served it with rocket, red onion & sweet red pepper.
The calories & macros for 1.5 flat bread (which is what I had) was:
297 Calories
55g Carbs
1g Fat
16g Protein
The Calories & Macros for the Chicken & Chips (I had 2 thighs, 100g potatoes & homemade mayo are:
378 Calories
19g Carbs
14g Fat
44g Protein
So for the whole meal it was packed with a whopping 60g Protein 💪🏽💪🏽 so much better than a Take Away and ALOT nicer too, even if I do say so myself 😝
