A lovely review from one of my Clients on my plans and also my 1-2-1 client with me once a week to train legs at Valhalla Gym
As much as she hates it when we start, she smashes the session, strength is going up week after week and loves it once she’s finished and realises how well she’s done.
I’ve never been 1 to love a job but I absolutely LOVE what I do and thrive off the Girls progresses so much 🫶🏼

Chicken Flat Bread & Chips

For the Flat bread I used ratio 60g of Greek yogurt to 60g of plain flour (it made 4 flat breads)

For the chicken I used 5 thighs marinaded in paprika, garlic, onion, tumeric, masala and chilli flakes.

For the chips I used 400g of white potato and I cooked them in garlic & chilli olive oil with salt & pepper seasoning.

For the mayo I used 100g Greek yogurt, 100g of cottage cheese, mustard, garlic, onion powder and lemon juice, blended it and popped it in a dish, there’s LOADS left.

Then I served it with rocket, red onion & sweet red pepper.

The calories & macros for 1.5 flat bread (which is what I had) was:
297 Calories
55g Carbs
1g Fat
16g Protein

The Calories & Macros for the Chicken & Chips (I had 2 thighs, 100g potatoes & homemade mayo are:
378 Calories
19g Carbs
14g Fat
44g Protein

So for the whole meal it was packed with a whopping 60g Protein 💪🏽💪🏽 so much better than a Take Away and ALOT nicer too, even if I do say so myself 😝
I Will 100% be doing this recipe again 🤤🤤

1st Week on this Months version of Plan and these Girls have absolutely smashed it 💪🏽🤜🏽

2lb loss for Becky who’s also weight trains and has a HEAVY 1-2-1 Leg Session with Me once a week

3lb loss Sarah who is now 2lb from losing a whole stone since starting back on my Plan in March

And a HUGE 4lb loss for Gill who started in April and is 1 week in

Super super proud of you all. Massive well done.

Appreciation Post 💫 with a BIG….FU@K the Scales!!!
My client transformation 👙
3lb heavier 💪🏽🤜🏽

Rachel started 1-2-1 weight training with me in in September 2025, she only trains with me once a week for 1hr. In that hour we concentrate on 30 mins of upper body and 30 of glutes with reduced rest time in between sets.
Some people will argue and say this isn’t enough to make progress, but Rachel does a lot of walking/hiking on her days off as well as working full time and her pictures clearly show the changes her body has made 💪🏽🤜🏽 but her strength in the gym has been phenomenal especially most recently and her shoulders, back & glutes look insane 🔥

Her stats are:
Weight ⚖️ - 3lb ⬆️
Bust 🍉- 1cm ⬇️
Stomach - 3cm ⬇️
Hip 🍑- 2cm ⬇️
Leg 🦵🏽- 1cm ⬇️

I really enjoy training Rachel, she never says No to any workout I ask her to do nor does she moan or complain when she is pushed to her limits, I like that 🫶🏼 she listens, practices her form until perfect and allows me to push her out her comfort zone which is clearly why these changes have been made.
Well done Rachel.
