One of my fav snacks ideas ( I like adding granola for a crunch ) can even make it higher protein my swapping the yogurt for Quark or Skyr !! .

This is how i coach.

The only fail in the gym i want is the last rep
Every time something doesn't go the way we want it a learning moment.

If something doesn't work in the plan I've set we will discuss and adapt as needed.

If we wait to start because of work, holidays, birthdays then we will never start every plan is tailored to your life so nothing is felt off limits !

What is FUNCTION?

FUNCTION is all about training movements that make everyday life easier.

Squats? They help us get up off the sofa.
Farmer’s carries? Think carrying the shopping in from the car.

And that’s just a small example of the functional movements we train in class.

But FUNCTION isn’t just about lifting weights — we focus on FORM too.

So, if you’re unsure how to perform a bicep curl, Romanian deadlift, squat or any other exercise safely and effectively, come along and learn in a friendly environment.
