What a fantastic session! 👊🥊

To celebrate Father's Day, we invited dads into class train alongside their children, and what an amazing session it was! It was great to see so many dads getting involved, sharing laughs, learning new skills, and making memories together.

A huge thank you to all who joined in and gave it their all. The children loved having you train with them, and the atmosphere in the club was brilliant from start to finish.

At KBF, martial arts is about more than just kicks and punches—it's about family, confidence, respect, and spending quality time together.

💥 Finishing Class the Fun Way! 💥

We always love ending our classes with games, but they're much more than just fun!

Our games help develop important skills such as:
✅ Coordination
✅ Balance
✅ Agility
✅ Reaction speed
✅ Teamwork
✅ Focus and concentration

The students are having so much fun that they don't even realise how much they're learning and improving. It's a great way to finish a hard training session while continuing to build the skills that make better martial artists and athletes.
