GLO wellbeing is located on Goring Beach to the west of Sea Lane Café from 1st April to 31st October each year, weather and tides permitting! From our base on the beach we offer equipment hire, including our fleet of Red Paddle SUP boards and kayaks - all with the required safety gear. We run 1-2-1 and group SUP lessons for both beginners and improvers. Have fun, learn new skills and meet new friends on the beach.
