Tai Chi Worthing

Tai Chi Worthing My classes are designed to encourage the positive aspects of Tai Chi. They induce a sense of well-being and relaxation. Classes in Worthing and Rustington.

Tai Chi has many layers to it and can be taught in a variety of ways. As a teacher one has to choose the best fit for your personality. My best fit is a Calm and relaxed style of teaching and performance. I also believe in taking breaks within the class. This allows the Qi to settle and the brain to take a break. The Classes should be very enjoyable not some chore to grind through. I also don't be

Regular Tai Chi practice helps you recognise what a relaxed, present moment state feels like. It's very subtle but in time it makes you a calmer person, more flexible and stronger. You also become more in tune with being in the present moment.

This is very satisfying🌻. It's a simple one exercise to take a break from sitting down. 10 each side can be done in a short time. If you're sitting working at home a timer on for 30 minutes one can get up and do a little something. This one has a good twist. Doesn't need to be as vigorous. If you've got 3 good combinations to do that would be very beneficial to do a little something.

This is a little clip of Tai Chi in a great little location in Norfolk that I was fortunate enough to film at a few months ago. The Tai Chi is available in worthing and Angmering. It's based on the opening of 24 forms of taichi. I've got 2 longer versions of the form. 36 moves and 63 moves. The forms also include some sun tai chi and

I gave this a go. It's pretty effective. If you can't get out for a walk or a run this works really well. It's very space efficient as well.

This is a Tai Chi Stick short clip to get an idea of the flow and fun of doing a bit of stick movement. Really good for coordination and balance. The stick is usually a bit faster than tai chi but it can be done more slowly. The Tai Chi is available in worthing and

A great time of the year to start something new. Tai Chi offers a gentle way to achieve some lovely qualities. First of all I would put mental wellbeing as the foundation of Tai Chi. A clear, relaxed mind can make informed decisions to continue on a path of improved heath. The slow and precise movements of Tai Chi make it a very popular choice for all round well being.
Classes are available at Sidney Walter Centre in Sussex road 2 mornings a week. Starting at 10.30-1200 £6 a session on Tuesday and Wednesday. Also available in East Preston, at the village Hall on Thursday an ongoing beginner class at 10.30-12.
