Although I am a PT, I am also qualified in sports massage therapy, including pre-sport massage, post-sport massage and muscle maintenance massage. I am currently looking to take on people for treatments. With this treatment, I come to you.

Current prices are £25 for a 45 minute appointment, with the first appointment being 1 hour for a health screening. 🙂

Nothing but to credits to this man! I have been working with Gavin for the past few months and every session he seeks to push himself, here we have a box push with a TRX pullback (slow and controlled for extra hard work)! Working the whole body and pushing him to his limits!! Absolute pleasure to train!

On holiday the equipment is limited so having to change the way I work out slightly... not as many weights meaning slow and controlled exercises rather than high weight feeling good though. 🏖..
