Omg!!!! Absolutely loved our bank holiday class tonight, there was so much energy tonight!!! 11 of us in the end which was just brilliant!!! Had a mash up of songs which made a change! Had a lovely gift too I feel super lucky!!!! Oh and I was sung to! Can’t forget that!! Have a fab week everyone!😘😘###

It’s bank holiday, it’s rainy out there but I can guarantee sunshine indoors!!!

Tonight at Durrington Junior School 7.00pm come down and have boogie with me and some lovely ladies! Take those end of summer blues away by having a laugh and working out to some amazing tunes!!

No authenticity just enjoyment of dance! And honestly that’s all we need! ☺️🫶🙌

Well where did that week go!!! I’ve been at my cousins wedding this weekend and honestly need a boogie tonight to work off some of that cake and also alcohol!!!! Haha!

Back tonight at Goring Primary School 7.00pm-7.45pm, you can just drop in or you can book it’s totally up to you! Not been before then it’s half price at £3.25 usually £6.50

It’s raining!!!!☔️ As much as I love the sun it is nice to see the rain and means class will be a lot cooler!!

Returning tonight @ Goring Primary School Boogie is back!!!! Class starts at 7.00pm-7.45pm
£6.50 normally but if your new then it’s £3.25! You can book via the Gymcatch app up untill 6.30pm on the day or just turn up! Whatever suits you!

Not sure if it would be for you? You won’t know till you come and try it out! There’s so much laughter, a lot of smiles and amazing friendship!!

Wow where is this summer going!!! Can’t believe it’s the 17th of August already!!!!
