Adults - Tuesdays 7:00-8:00pm

We are back training at Worthing High School from today.
Kids classes are Mondays 6:30 - 7:30 in the dance studio
Senior classes are Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:00 in the dance studio

No Thursday class any more (it's been split between Mon & Tue).

Face masks for the corridors and personal hand sanitiser are required.

We are discussing options for returning to inside training and will post an update once new training times and dates are confirmed.

I have just had confirmation that St Andrews will be closed to clubs from tomorrow, hence training in the hall is cancelled from next week until further notice. We are still training tonight.
Now that is confirmed, I am looking into the option for us to have online training. I will be in touch directly to discuss with members.

What a fantastic session last night from Christie Bytom. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of insights to be had and it was just great to see the individual improvements over the course of the evening. A huge thank you to Christie of course and to everyone who attended.

Congratulations to Melody who achieved her 8th Kup Yellow belt, along with Evan from Strike TaeKwonDo who achieved his 6th Kup Green belt. Very good standard throughout.

Very pleased to announce that I successfully passed my 4th Dan on 28 April 2019 with Bytomic Tae Kwon Do. That’s been four and a half years in the making and it certainly does not get any easier.
