What a lovely evening!
One of our local rival 😜 running clubs - Arunners, held their WSFL race last night on Littlehampton Beach and what a beautiful night it was!
We ran our little hearts out on the sand and we celebrated after with fish and chips from , Rebecca Turner made brownies, Charles Simmonds bought drinks and condiments and Alex Stone bought along beers and ice creams/lollies.

What an amazing club effort! 🩷🖤🙌

The Mark and Kevin Howard even made a rare joint appearance too so all in all, a great event!!

Post-race fish & chips on the beach? Don’t mind if we do! 🌊🍟

A huge thank you to for taking our rather large order and delivering it straight to us on the beach after tonight’s West Sussex Fun Run League race. After running across the sand and shingle, those chips tasted even better!

Your kindness, organisation and amazing food were very much appreciated by all of us. Thank you for helping make a great evening even better. 👏

- Running along wheat fields,
- Running through the woods,
- Running up and down the hilly shingle on the beach at low tide
- Sprinting across a field for a Strava segment called ‘Hospital gap’ twice!….

Then you would have loved last nights session!
